Pigeon Forge, TN April 21, 2006

From Nashville, we headed to Pigeon Forge, TN. We wanted to visit the Smokey Mountains and Dollywood. We had heard a lot about the area and wanted to see it for ourselves. We arrived during a very busy weekend which made it difficult to get around. Traffic was backed up but we managed to find some backroads to Dollywood. The park wasn't what we expected. We felt it was a little over rated. However, we may be in the minority since quite a few of the locals visit the park frequently.
